Queenstown Airport Terminal
Queenstown Airport has a single passenger terminal which hosts both domestic and international flights.
Levels
Queenstown Airport Terminal consists of the following levels:
Ground level
This is the main level of the terminal. The airport premises are split into the domestic and the international facilities.
Facing the main terminal, you can find the taxi ranks, the drop off and pick up zones, the Public Bus Stop and Pay Station, the Super Shuttle Pick Up and Drop Off and the parking lots.
Within the domestic premises you can find the ground transportation options (car rental booths).
Domestic facilities
Domestic baggage collection, Domestic Arrivals, Check-in counters and boarding gate 1.
Once clearing the passenger screening, you are able to access to the Domestic Departure Gate Lounges and board to gates 2, 3, 4 and 5.
International facilities
Outbound Immigration, International Arrivals, Biosecurity Processing, Inbound Immigration, International Baggage Collection, International Departure Gate Lounges, Boarding gates 6, 7, 8 and 9, Domestic and International Baggage Collection and International Meet & Greet.
First level
This is the Mezzanine level. Passengers will find Lounges and several services.

LOUNGES
Manaia Lounge: International Terminal. Hours vary. Services: Drinks, snacks, food, Wi-Fi, among others.
Air New Zealand Regional Lounge: Main Terminal. Open from 05:30 am to last departure. Services: Food, Wi-Fi, snacks, drinks, TV, Internet Terminals, among others.
